S.H. Care is a UK writer and former teacher, currently working as a social media marketing manager. He has been fascinated by stories for as long as he can remember, especially those that are dark, funny, romantic and magical.
His writing has appeared in Friday Flash Fiction, Black Petals Magazine, Blood Moon Rising Magazine, Nanoism and anthologies from Bag of Bones Press and Shacklebound Books.
He earned a degree in Biblical Studies from the University of Sheffield, and later, a PGCE from the University of East Anglia. During this time, Simeon was diagnosed with dyslexia, something he now thinks of as a creative asset.
His writing influences include Susanna Clarke, Sir Terry Pratchett, Travis Baldree and Leigh Bardugo.
Simeon lives in Norfolk, England and spends most of his free time with his wife, two children and their dog, Mina Barker.
